It is also pleasantly soothing and beneficial for irritated mouth and throat mucosa.
The application of the Bergland Propolis Tincture is simple. For skin care, apply the undiluted tincture to the affected skin areas several times daily. For mouth and throat care, it is recommended to dilute 20 drops in 100 ml of water and rinse or gargle with it.
