Product Features SODASAN Regenerating Salt 2 kg

SODASAN dishwasher regenerating salt is made from 100% pure sea salt and protects your dishwasher, glasses, and dishes from unsightly limescale deposits. Before each wash cycle, make sure that enough SODASAN regenerating salt and SODASAN rinse aid are filled up. The regenerating salt is essential for maintaining the function of the dishwasher’s water softening system. SODASAN dishwasher salt contains no anti-caking agents or dyes. Please note: If you live in an area with very hard, lime-rich water, the softening system of your dishwasher should be set about 8 °dH / 15 °fH higher than the actual water hardness. Please refer to your dishwasher’s manual for instructions on how to adjust the settings.

Dosage SODASAN Regenerating Salt 2 kg

Refill SODASAN regenerating salt as soon as the salt refill indicator lights up on your dishwasher. Regularly check if enough salt is available. Fill the dishwasher's salt container with SODASAN regenerating salt. Additional information can be found in the user manual of your dishwasher. Note: Some dishwashers may indicate the need for salt too late. To prevent limescale buildup, regularly refill SODASAN regenerating salt, even if the dishwasher indicator has not yet signaled. If your dishwasher’s salt container was completely empty, wait approximately 2 hours after refilling before using the dishwasher again to allow the ion exchanger enough time to regenerate.

Important Notice for Optimal Results

If you have very hard, lime-rich water, set the dishwasher’s softening system 8 °dH / 15 °fH higher than the actual water hardness. Please refer to your dishwasher’s manual for details on how to adjust the water softening settings. The compartments for regenerating salt and rinse aid should always be filled in the dishwasher!
