Nevertheless, the washing powder is highly concentrated and therefore very efficient. The Sonett sensitive detergent contains organic Quillaja bark extract, known for its effective stain-removing power. The powder detergent is suitable for all water hardness levels. Therefore, no addition of softener is necessary.

Application and Dosage

The Sonett Color Sensitive Washing Powder washes extremely effectively and color-gently even from 20°C. Suitable for colored and delicate laundry made of cotton, linen, synthetic fibers, and mixed fabrics. Not suitable for short wash programs!

Origin and Properties of the Ingredients

The main active ingredient of the powder detergent is soap, which is made from various plant oils - organic rapeseed oil, organic sunflower oil, organic coconut oil, and organic palm oil - by boiling with lye. Organic soap as a washing-active substance uniquely combines all the necessary properties for the washing process of wetting, dissolving, and carrying dirt. Sugar surfactant: Sugar, starch, and coconut fat are the raw materials for the sugar surfactant used. It enhances the fat-dissolving power of the soap and ensures that the lime soap and dirt formed in hard water are finely distributed and suspended. The third active ingredient is organic Quillaja bark. A highly effective and color-preserving anti-stain agent is obtained from the bark of the South American tree Quillaja saponaria through aqueous extraction, which unfolds its cleaning power even at low temperatures. Soda is produced from the reaction of lime with table salt. Silicates are formed by fusing quartz sand and soda. Both soda and silicates enhance the washing lye through their alkalinity and promote the removal of especially greasy substances. Zeolite and citrate, the salt of citric acid, both bind the lime in the water and prevent deposits on machines and textiles. Zeolite is made from the readily available raw materials water glass and sodium aluminate. It captures the calcium and magnesium ions that form water hardness according to the principle of ion exchange, thus preparing soft water for washing. Citrate, obtained by fermenting sugar-containing by-products like molasses, primarily binds lime at lower temperatures.
