Origin and Properties of the Ingredients

The olive oil soap is made from pure olive oil from controlled organic cultivation. The olive oil is processed with potassium hydroxide in an energy-saving process to create a mildly cleansing soap. Due to its slightly re-fatting properties, olive oil soap is ideal for caring for unsealed floors made of ceramic, stone, wood, and cork. Ethanol, obtained by fermenting plant starch or sugar-containing by-products like molasses, keeps the soap liquid and allows for a high concentration in the liquid product. Essential cajeput oil not only has a pleasantly refreshing scent but also acts as a germ inhibitor.
