The liquid detergent can also be used with hard water and is 100% biodegradable. The olive oil, rapeseed oil, and sunflower oil as well as the essential lavender oil are entirely from certified organic cultivation. The Sonett Olive Detergent for Wool and Silk 10 Liters is sufficient for approximately 170 washes and has a pleasant scent. Also suitable for hand washing. Origin and Properties of the Ingredients

Olive Soap: From centuries-old olive groves in the Mediterranean regions of Italy, Spain, and Greece come the fruits from which olive oil is obtained through mechanical processes in controlled organic quality. Saponified with potassium hydroxide, it forms the main component of the Sonett Olive Detergent for Wool and Silk. Olive oil is the best oil raw material for a mild re-fatting soap. Rapeseed Oil Soap / Sunflower Oil Soap: Plant oil saponified with potassium hydroxide enhances the washing power. Rapeseed, flax, and sunflower are among the few oil fruits cultivated in our mild Central European climate for oil production, also in controlled organic quality. Ethanol: Obtained by fermenting starchy plants like corn and potatoes. Ethanol keeps the soap liquid and simultaneously improves the fat-dissolving power of the detergent. Sugar Surfactant: Sugar, starch, and coconut fat are the raw materials for the sugar surfactant used. The proportion of the sugar surfactant is adjusted to the soap content of the detergent so that it serves to keep the lime soap formed in hard water finely dispersed in suspension and prevent it from settling on the laundry.
