The Sonett Olive Detergent for Wool and Silk in a 20-liter canister is sufficient for approximately 340 washes and is 100% biodegradable. Large containers save plastic. The liquid detergent is suitable for all delicate fabrics made from natural fibers. Valuable pressed olive oil is processed into a soap in this product, which has excellent cleaning, caring, and re-greasing properties for textiles made from wool and silk. This soap detergent can also be used in hard water due to the sugar surfactant used. The olive oil, rapeseed oil, and sunflower oil as well as the essential lavender oil come entirely from controlled organic cultivation. Application Area Sonett Olive Detergent for Wool and Silk 20 Liters

The Sonett Olive Detergent for Wool and Silk is suitable for all fine natural fiber fabrics as well as blends. Temperature range from 20–40 °C.

Application

For optimal washing results, the correct dosage of the detergent is of great importance.

Origin and Properties of the Ingredients

Olive Soap: The olive oil is obtained through purely mechanical processes from olives grown in the Mediterranean region. Saponified with potassium hydroxide, it forms the main component of the Sonett Olive Detergent for Wool and Silk. Olive oil is the best oil raw material for a mild re-greasing soap. Rapeseed Oil Soap / Sunflower Oil Soap: Plant oil saponified with potassium hydroxide serves to enhance washing power. Rapeseed, flax, and sunflower are among the few oil crops grown in our temperate Central European climate for oil production, also in controlled organic quality. Ethanol: Obtained through the fermentation of starchy plants such as corn and potatoes. Ethanol keeps the soap liquid and simultaneously improves the fat-dissolving power of the detergent. Sugar Surfactant: Sugar, starch, and coconut fat are the raw materials for the sugar surfactant used. The proportion of the sugar surfactant is adjusted to the soap content of the detergent, so that it serves to finely distribute the lime soap formed in hard water and prevent it from settling on the laundry.
